How do I clean a photo or video?

Open NoTrace, tap Select Photos or Select Videos, choose a file, review what it reveals, then tap Clean. You can also share a file from any app and pick NoTrace from the share sheet.

How do I restore a purchase?

On the paywall or in Settings, tap Restore. This uses your Apple ID — there's no account to log into.

Cleaning failed or a field remains

Some files from certain devices or editors embed unusual metadata. Use Remove All Metadata (Pro) for the most thorough strip, and verify before sharing. If something looks off, email us the details.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings: open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions.
